First post

First post! This site is about my journey with weight loss. I will also be training for a half marathon in December so I will post about that too. One thing I've noticed is that I never feel or never am prepared for what I'm about to do. I can set a game plan for the diet or the workout but I never actually prepare. I don't prepare meals in advance, giving me an easy out by not cooking. I also don't mentally prepare for my training, giving me and easy out to say no. I hope to change this by buying new running gear and by choosing a diet that is easy, won't break the bank, and doesn't allow me to be lazy and not cook or cheat because I'm not cooking.So we shall see how this turns out :)
