Started my eating healthy today. My goal is to eat less carbs and dairy yet most of my meals were carbs and dairy? But I did really well. I need to look back and see where my macros came from. Anyway! Work is stressful right now and usually my go to is to grab candy or eat lots of bread and I did really well today. Drank unsweet tea only, 1 diet Dr Pepper - it was a decent day.
Tomorrow is a new day, only to get better. Hoping to keep this motivation going!
