End of Year Challenge
Happy Tuesday everyone! I hope you all are having a great week and wonderful start to your November. Can you believe we are in the final stretch of 2018? I remember being younger and hearing the 2018, 2019, 2020 years spoken out loud and thinking how far away that was. But here we are!
This week will be a little short because I am going to invite you to join me in an end of the year challenge/s. This will start next week, November 11th, because on the 12th we will be 50 days away from 2019. And why not go into the new year a little better, right? Here is what I’m thinking:
Weekly Challenges starting next week.
Weekly updates on how I did (and hopefully you too!)
Weekly emails with tips and tricks – you must subscribe
Here is an outline of the challenges I will be doing – if you don’t want to do one with me one week, that’s ok! Join the next week. These challenges range from physical, food-related, and personal development.
Week 1 – November 11th through November 17th – Water Challenge
Week 2 – November 18th through November 24th – DietBet Begins, Thankful Challenge
Week 3 – November 25th through December 1st – 30 Min. Daily Exercise Challenge
Week 4 – December 2nd through December 8th – No Carbs/No Sweets Challenge
Week 5 – December 9th through December 15th – Last Week of DietBet, Daily Push Up Challenge
Week 6 – December 16th through December 22nd - One Salad Per Day Challenge
Week 7 – December 23rd through December 29th – Daily Squat Challenge
Last 2 days – December 30th and 31st – Final Days Challenge
I also will be holding a bet that you are more than welcome to join as well! I will be using the app DietBet and this will start the week after Thanksgiving (because let’s be honest, who wants to diet before Thanksgiving? Since this is the time of year of giving, I will also be doing creating a team on CharityMiles which donates to a charity of choice based on mileage from running, walking, or biking. I will post more information on this next week 😊
For the first week, let’s do a Water Challenge. Make it a goal to drink at minimum, half of your body weight in ounces of water each day. Will you be running to the restroom more? Probably, at least the first couple of days. But you will feel better being hydrated!
If you are joining me, comment below! Then subscribe and you’ll get emails 😊
I hope you all have a great week ahead. It’s a big day today (election) but I’m ready for it to be over. Let’s move on and be nice to each other again haha. Love you all!
